Irene Design is a FULL SERVICE Design and Remodeling Company. You choose the services you need. We can simply perform the work, compile the design, or do both. It is totally up to you and depends on the type of your project.
Remodeling and Construction:
We have a crew of experienced licensed and insured professionals who can handle any type of work (framing, sheet rock installation, taping, patching, painting, crown molding installation,carpentry, tile installation, flooring, custom cabinetry, windows, doors,electrical and plumbing).
We keep our standards high and treat your Home with the same respect as our own.
We work with all necessary permits and inspections.
We offer free estimates. Complimentary design assistance is available with the signed contract.
Architectural Design and Consulting
We offer Architectural Services and 3D Virtual Design to plan your project before the construction begins. You can get a full set of plans alongside with realistic 3D renderings to illustrate every corner of the space being remodeled.
Architectural Design and 3D Space Planning is offered for additions, bathrooms, kitchens, open floor projects, finish basements, decks, bonus rooms and for a new construction when you wish to customize building plans. We guarantee you our personal approach and meticulous attention to detail when creating custom beautiful space for you and your family.
We offer 3D Design Consulting to help you find a solution to many different problems you might have (room being too dark or too small, poor traffic flow, outdated floor plan, or layout that doesn’t work for you). You will be offered multiple options supported by 3D drawings and 3D models showing different ways of how to achieve your goal. You will be able to see what your future space can look like and to select the option you prefer.
Having a solid set of plans, will allow you to get accurate quotes from several contractors. You can then compare them apples to apples. When renovation begins, you will have less stress since there will be no room left for contractor’s misunderstanding and misinterpreting. Carefully planned project runs smoothly and costs less since you have a clear vision of your goal and can avoid disappointments and change orders.
Architectural Services and 3D Design can be performed remotely. We only need your floor plans with all the dimensions, multiple photos of the existing space and your detailed “Wish List” or “Hate List”. The rest can be communicated via internet. You will get PDF files that you can print at your local shop.
Plans and drawings we provide are sufficient to obtain building permit from the Town.

I have vast experience, creative ideas and high aesthetic standards and can help you integrate new designs into the rest of your Home while staying within your budget.
I can help you select colors, finishing and materials; provide color and style coordination throughout the house; create custom built-in furniture, fire place or wet bar; perform flooring design including tile layouts and mosaics; select artwork, furniture and upholstery,light fixtures and decor; design window treatments and more.
I will provide you with scaled plans and furniture layouts wit 3D renderings to help you visualize and make the right choice when selecting furniture.
You don’t have to buy anything from us. You pay me for my time only.
